Books published before 2004, reference works, and theses written at WU<\/a> (master\u2019s theses, diploma theses, and doctoral theses\/dissertations only) are shelved on level -2. You can also find bound volumes of current and older periodicals on this level.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The level is divided in two areas: books <\/em>and periodicals<\/em>. It is open access, and titles are shelved numerically. Periodicals cannot be checked out, but scanners are available so that individual articles can be scanned and saved to a flash drive or sent as an email attachment.<\/p>\n<\/div>

From your search to the book: Lost@WU?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You need books for a thesis on detectives and their areas of operation. You want to start with an initial search in the WU catalog<\/a> from the comfort of your home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note<\/strong>: The book is located in the basement on level -2<\/a>, not on level 2 (2nd floor)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
